We offer free delivery within the UK

We are currently unable to ship to international addresses

Orders are posted Royal Mail second class standard delivery and can take between 2-4 working days to be delivered

Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next working day (Mon - Fri)

Orders placed after 10.30 am Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day (Mon - Fri)

Other delivery options are available at checkout - Royal Mail 24 or 48 hour tracked, and Royal Mail first class. You can get an estimate from the basket prior to checkout

Royal Mail First Class - £3.99 

Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked - £4.50

Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked - £3.50

Royal Mail First Class delivery can take between 1-2 working days from dispatch (Monday to Friday)

Royal Mail Second Class delivery can take between 3 - 5 working days from dispatch

Royal Mail 24 hr Tracked can take 1-2 working days from dispatch 

Royal Mail 48 hr Tracked can take 2-5 working days from dispatch

A courier maybe used for larger order at our discretion

We can not guarantee box condition upon delivery

Please note if an instruction is given to leave any order with or without a signature required " in a safe place " and therefore delivered to "a safe place " the couriers/royal mail insurance is invalidated and Jenny Wren Footwear cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost under these circumstances.
