Delivery Policy
We offer free delivery within the UK
We are currently unable to post to international addresses
Orders placed after 8.30 am Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day ( Mon - Fri)
Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day (Mon - Fri)
Delivery options available at checkout - Royal Mail 24 or 48 hour tracked, and Royal Mail first class. You can get an estimate from the basket prior to checkout
Royal Mail First Class - £3.99
Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked - £4.50
Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked - £3.50
Royal Mail First Class delivery can take between 1-2 working days from dispatch (Monday to Friday)
Royal Mail Second Class delivery can take between 3 - 5 working days from dispatch
Royal Mail 24 hr Tracked can take 1-2 working days from dispatch
Royal Mail 48 hr Tracked can take 2-5 working days from dispatch
A courier may be used for larger orders at our discretion
We can not guarantee box condition upon delivery
Returns
You can return your order for a refund
Please return unworn item with the original packaging within 30 days of delivery and we will refund upon receipt of the goods.
Please do not deface the original packaging.
Include your name, address and invoice number. If you do not include any information within the return items will be kept for 3 weeks then discarded.
You are responsible for the return postage costs.
If you have expressly chosen a certain type of delivery (for instance 24-hour express delivery), although we had offered a common and generally acceptable type of delivery which would have incurred lower delivery costs, you the consumer should bear the difference in costs between these two types of delivery.
Exchanges
It is our policy that we do not do exchanges.
Please re-purchase the size you require, this avoids any confusion or disappointment and return the item which you no longer require.
We will refund your order upon receipt. You are only responsible for the return postage costs.
Damage & Defects
Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials, poor workmanship or during carriage should be notified immediately before sending them back. Under no circumstances should items continue to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Where justified damage has occurred P&P fees will be reimbursed. Any orders that do not involve damaged or defective goods will not be eligible for return P&P refund.
We will endeavor to process returns as quickly as possible.
